Falcon Equipment is now the only authorized crane truck dealer in British Columbia to offer Saturday service!

We are excited to announce that effective Saturday, September 19, 2020 our Surrey service shop will be open for bookings on Saturdays. The Saturday shift will consist of a full team of four highly skilled heavy-duty mechanics, an experienced customer service representative and a parts representative.

Falcon’s service hours are now:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am
Saturday Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Service Truck Shift: Monday to Saturday throughout BC’s lower mainland

We are proud to launch a Saturday parts and service shift at our Surrey branch. By offering a full Saturday service shift, along with our regular Monday to Friday shift and our current night shift, we hope to reduce our customers downtime and better accommodate their busy schedules. We know it hurts to pull equipment off the road for repairs so we are looking to do whatever we can to keep our customer’s trucks earning money.
