If you’re a heavy-duty equipment mechanic, hydraulic mechanic, automotive mechanic, marine mechanic, crane mechanic, hydraulic technician or millwright with some leadership experience we want you to join Falcon Equipment! We are looking for a Foreperson in our Fabrication department at our Regina Branch!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the activities of the Shop employees
• Ensure completion of scheduled projects instructing the Shop Leadhand and the Installation technicians
• Work with Branch Manager/Department Manager to ensure efficient use of shop resources and provide training to team members in job duties, safety policies and procedures and company processes.
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Red Seal Ticket or equivalent – A Millwright would be an asset
• CWB Welding Certification would be an asset
• 5+ years of experience in the related field
• 1A or 3A would be an asset
• Safety awareness
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Solid mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems and read schematics
• The ability to maneuver in and around heavy equipment
• The ability to work independently
• Your own tools
• Hydraulic and electrical experience and knowledge
