The Rick Kielan Foundation honours our founder’s legacy of giving back, fostering relationships, and supporting our employees and their families.
Our Employee Bursary program helps ease the cost of post-secondary education for employees and their families, awarding two bursaries each year for the Fall and Spring semesters.
Since 2021, TeamUp has been Falcon Equipment’s non-profit partner, collaborating on initiatives like the ’12 Builds of Christmas’ and other fundraising events. TeamUp focuses on community development through sports, partnering with local and international organizations to encourage youth physical, mental and emotional well-being.

We contribute to local food banks and shelters, with our head office backing the Surrey Food Bank and Cloverdale Community Kitchen with internal fundraising.
