TECHNICAL SERVICE FOR LIFTING, UTILITY, and SNOW & ICE EQUIPMENT AT FALCON EQUIPMENT
Our Technical Service Department offers over the phone and/or in person technical/product support for all of the equipment we sell including our lifting, utility, and snow and ice lines. We can come to you, in the field, or guide you over the phone/video. Excellent service and technical support enables your equipment to be maintained and repaired quickly and correctly.
SERVICES OFFERED BY OUR TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
- Palfinger (and all other equipment) error code diagnostics and solutions
- Supports our internal parts department and supplier technical support teams in determining correct parts numbers and software versions required to replace unit components
- Program OEM software and provide guidance on installation and initial set up
- Equipment orientations to ensure our customers leave with the knowledge required on their new equipment
Our Technical Service Department helps assist customers reduce equipment downtime and avoid costly service repairs.

MEET OUR TECHNICAL SERVICE ADVISOR - SEAN CRANE
Our technical service advisor, Sean Crane, has 15+ years’ of experience working in various sectors of the heavy equipment industry including new equipment manufacturing, commercial truck repair, engine diagnostics, and in-field heavy equipment diagnostics and repairs. Sean’s experience is also backed by several certifications including his HD Mechanic Red Seal, Palfinger certification, International truck systems certification,, Maxxforce engine systems training, Cummins engine systems training, Dieci telehandler factory training and level three Diamond Logic training. With all that being said, there is no one better to look after your equipment.
