Falcon Equipment was founded in 1988 with the vision to offer unmatched service to the crane truck industry. Over the past 30 years a lot has changed – we are no longer a small 3 bay shop. We have grown to have 5 locations! Although we have grown in size our values have remained the same. We hold our relationships with our customers, colleagues, manufacturers and the industry above all else. We are dedicated to working hard with integrity, coming together as a team, being confident in all that we do and always being honest with each other and ourselves. It is these core traits and values that lead us to make one of the biggest changes in our company’s history. We are now the Palfinger distributor for Western Canada!

We know that this change may not be easy, but it gives us the opportunity to deliver innovation and a higher standard of technology to our customers. Palfinger is the global industry leader for many of the product lines they manufacture including knuckleboom cranes! Palfinger has a North American plant located in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This Canadian plant gives us direct factory support, quick parts access and available inventory. There is no middleman between Palfinger and us, this eliminates costs and processing delays.

Palfinger North America is a leading manufacturer of truck-mounted articulating cranes, epsilon forestry & scrap cranes and truck-mounted forklifts. Over the years, added partnerships have allowed the Palfinger brand to become a complete truck-equipment solution provider due to its comprehensive product portfolio. Palfinger believes in a lifetime of excellence, accomplished through efficiency, reliability and innovation.

We have set out an aggressive growth plan which is why 2019 has been a big year for us. Not only have we become the distributor of the Palfinger line, we opened two new branches (Edmonton and Nanaimo), became the Boss Railcar Mover distributor and our sister company, Falcon Shuttle Rail (FSR), has officially been amalgamated with Falcon Equipment! Without the support of customers, employees and industry this would not have been possible so for that we would like to say a big THANK YOU!
